Water's Edge is a luxury residence community of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments in Harrison, NJ, located right on the edge of the Passaic River. It's a whole new kind of urban living offering the ideal balance of luxury and convenience, where beautifully appointed residences meet resort-style amenities and a prime location less than 30 minutes from NYC. I created the brand identity: logo, stationery, brochure package, ads, and wall graphics for the leasing office.
